As a non-profit organisation, Helping Hand has the responsibility to keep communication with stakeholders to let them understand our services, use of donations and future development . To ensure that you can received our information and feel good about providing your Personal Data to us, we provide this privacy policy of Helping Hand in relation to the personal data it handles.

Helping Hand is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal information we hold by complying with the requirements of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We will ensure compliance by our staff with strictest standards of security and confidentiality. This policy may be revised if necessary. Any amendments to this policy will continue to be in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Your personal data will be collected in an appropriate format and manner (e.g. in paper form or web page), for a purpose directly related to recruiting volunteer, fundraising, marketing promotions or use of our services. We will not provide your personal data to third parties for any purposes without your consent.

The Personal Information Collection Statement is a statement given by Helping Hand to the individual, on or before collecting the personal data form that data subject, whether known or under known (e.g. through the use of cookies).

We will properly keep record and store the collected data in an appropriate period.

Provision of personal data by you is voluntary. Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide necessary personal data. In the absence of your complete and accurate personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require or it may also result in being deferred.
