Day Care Centre for the Elderly

The Day Care Centre for the Elderly provides quality day care services for frail elderly, connecting them and their families to the community and assisting the elderly to remain in the community in order to achieve the goal of 'Ageing in Place'.

Application and Eligibility

To apply our Day Care Centre for the Elderly, you must aged 60 or above, living in the community and who are assessed and recommended for Community Care Services or Residential Care Services under the Standardised Care Need Assessment Mechanism for Elderly Services, including those suffering from dementia.
