Project Officer – Logistics & Administration (Greater Bay Area)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-driven Project Officer to manage the logistics and administration of a major renovation project. From procurement to on-site coordination, you’ll ensure that thousands of items—from clinical equipment to furniture—arrive on time and in perfect order.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage procurement and delivery of all project-related items

- Track purchase orders, inventory, and vendor logistics

- Support financial tracking, invoice processing, and audit documentation

- Assist with evaluation logistics and meeting preparation

- Coordinate on-site delivery verification and installation support

 

Requirments:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain

- 2–3 years’ experience in procurement or high-volume admin roles

- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

- Advantageous: Experience in healthcare, construction, or ERP systems
