Project Lead – Major Renovation Project (Greater Bay Area)

About the Role:

We are embarking on a transformative renovation project for our Home in the Greater Bay Area, located in Canton Province. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Lead to drive coordination across internal teams, clinical experts, architects, contractors, and vendors. This is a essential role with significant impact on the future of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary liaison among all project stakeholders

- Organise and facilitate project meetings, documentation, and follow-ups

- Monitor project timelines, risks, and progress reporting

- Collaborate with a leading university to oversee formal project evaluation

- Support IT system implementation and user training initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

- 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination or junior project management roles

- Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Microsoft Office

- Advantageous: Experience in healthcare, capital works, or IT implementation
