Responsibilities:

• • Assess and evaluate the physical conditions and rehabilitation progress of care home residents.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide direct physiotherapy services to care home residents.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care and participate in regular interdisciplinary case conferences.
  • Engage in departmental development projects.
  • Assist in supervising and training of care home staff with proper skills and techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Physiotherapist I.

• Requirements ：
• • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • 1-2 years of experience in geriatric or care home settings is preferred, but junior physiotherapists are also welcome to apply.
  • Valid annual practicing certificate issued by the Hong Kong Physiotherapist Board.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.
