1. Assistant Superintendent [Ref: LF-AS]

Major Duties:

•5-day work per week

•Responsible for assisting superintendent in the Home administration and management, monitoring care team services and projects.

Requirements:

•Registered Nurse qualifications or equivalent

•At least 5 years of management and supervision experience

•A team player and well organized. Good leadership skills, communication and computer knowledge,

•Pleasant and flexible personality and competent in facing changes & challenges

•Can work independently and under pressure

•Experience in an aged home setting is preferred

Location: Lok Fu

 

 

2. Social Worker [Ref: FSB/LY/LF-SW]

Major Duties:

•5-day work per week

•Work with multi-disciplinary team to develop individual care plans and provide supports for elderly residents and their carers

•Provide counseling service, organize therapeutic groups and mass programs

•Plan and execute innovative projects for frail elderly

Requirements:

•Diploma in Social Work; Registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

•PC skills is essential

•Experience in elderly service is preferable

Location: Ma On Shan / Lai Yiu / Lok Fu

 

  

3. Physiotherapist II (Ref: HQ-PT II) 

Major Duties: 

•5-day work per week

•Supervise the Physiotherapist Assistant 

•Implementation & monitoring the relevant department 

•Organize and develop programs for elderly clients, including groups and mass programs  

especially for demented residents 

•Develop and plan trainings for staff and volunteer 

•Work together with other home staff to develop individual care plan for elderly clients 

Requirement: 

•Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent 

•Registered as Physiotherapist of the Register of the relative Therapists Board 

•Possess a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the relative Therapists Board of Hong Kong 

•3 years supervision & practical experience for Physiotherapist II 

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese  

Location: Ma On Shan / Lai Yiu / Lok Fu

 

 

4. Human Resources Officer / HR Supervisor [Ref: HQ-HR Officer Central Office]

Major Duties:

•Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, C&B/Recruitment/HRIS/HR Projects/Employee Life Cycle;

•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;

•Collaborate with HR team members to enhance HR function and efficiency;

•Prepare HR related management reports and analysis for management review in a timely manner;

•To work closely with internal stakeholders in improving employees’ retention, job satisfaction and job productivity;

•Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;

•Create and implement effective onboarding plans;

•Assist in performance management processes;

•Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements;

•Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

•University degree or above with at least 5 years’ HR all-round experience;

•Solid HR experience gained from NGO sector is a plus;

•Well versed in Hong Kong, PRC Labour Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance and other HR related legislation or practices;

•A team player, positive, proactive, and meticulous with good numeric sense;

•Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;

•Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese;

•PC proficiency and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint;

•Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable.

 


5. Assistant Administrative Officer (Social Service) [Ref: HQ-AAO Service Central Office]

Major Duties:

•Provide general administrative support;

•Assist in data / statistics / quotations collection; maintain updated service statistics records and prepare relevant reports;

•Secretariat support to meetings / working groups;

•Assist in the promotional activities of the organization.

Requirements:

•Diploma holder with a minimum of Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSE, including Maths, Chin. and Eng. Language, or an equivalent qualification;

•At least 2 years’ relevant administrative experience in social services sector

•Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-oriented;

•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Good interpersonal and communication skills.

•Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-processing.

 

 

6. Administrative Assistant (Accounts) [Ref: HQ-AAAC Central Office]

Major Duties:

•To handle routine accounting tasks including payment / receipts requisitions, vouchers, data input, fee collection, accounts reconciliation and payroll facilitation;

•To assist in budgeting and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

•Diploma or LCCI Higher qualification or above;

•Minimum 1-2 years related working experience;

•Familiar with PC and knowledge in Excel;

•Knowledge in Accounting software is an advantage;

•Early / immediate availability is preferred.

 

 

7. IT Assistant (Ref: HQ – ITAA Central Office)

Major Duties:

•Provide all-rounded IT Support (remote and onsite) within the Organization

•Assist in managing organization’s computer system, printers and manage data backup

•Assist in IT documentation for hardware & software, and other IT related services

•Assist in IT related projects

•Handle ad-hoc IT duties as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

•Higher Diploma in Computer Sciences or related discipline or above

•1-2 years IT support experience preferred, fresh graduate will also consider

•Basic knowledge on supporting below environment is preferred but not a must

-Physical and Virtual Server

-IT Security

•Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English

•Willing to learn, hardworking and well-organized
